Morgan Stanley is seeking a VP/ED Structurer in Fixed Income ABS to lead structuring initiatives for securitization transactions. You will build complex financial models, assess cash flows, and collaborate across client, rating agency, legal and accounting teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years in ABS structuring, experience with Intex DealMaker and Bloomberg, strong communication, and a degree (Bachelors or Masters). The role offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive compensation.
