Job summary

Navan in New York is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to turn strategy into scalable campaigns. You will own audience planning, platform setup, creative testing, budget pacing, and optimization across paid social, video, programmatic, and emerging channels to drive brand and demand.

You will partner with Creative, Content, Campaigns, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Sales to ensure data-driven decisions, tight execution, and measurable results across ABM and multi-channel

Qualifications

• 8+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and multiple channels.
• Practical knowledge of ABM and buying-group strategies.
• Experience with brand-awareness and demand-creation campaigns.
• Budget management and optimization experience.
• Experience partnering with creative teams to develop briefs and assets.
• Strong vendor management with media partners/publishers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, YouTube, Google Demand Gen and programmatic channels.
• Support brand moments to build awareness in priority markets.
• Activate demand-creation programs via content syndication, publishers, newsletters, and sponsored email.
• Translate ABM priority accounts into paid media audiences.
• Build campaigns to reach unengaged accounts and missing buying roles; support progression.
• Maintain audience syncs, exclusions, and suppression rules; troubleshoot match rates.
• Partner with Creative and Content to produce assets and briefs; run tests and iterate.
• Set KPIs and collaborate with Analytics to evaluate impact; validate targeting quality and delivery.
• Coordinate with Marketing Operations and Sales to link responses to follow-up; communicate learnings.
