Fifth Third Bank, National Association seeks a Director of ABL Operations to lead the operational infrastructure supporting the Bank’s Asset Based Lending portfolio and commercial loans with borrowing bases.

You will oversee collateral operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, servicing processes, vendor oversight, and technology initiatives while partnering with Credit, Risk, Audit, Finance, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of banking, commercial finance, asset-based lending, or related financial services experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing operational risk, controls, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and operational change initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for ABL servicing and collateral management.
• Align operational capabilities with business growth objectives.
• Lead operational integration efforts associated with acquisitions, portfolio purchases, and mergers.
• Direct all ABL servicing, collateral monitoring, and structural services activities.
• Own operational systems strategy, roadmaps, and vendor management.
• Serve as a liaison among senior leadership and provide reporting.
