Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's Degree required.
• Must complete four ABA postgraduate courses required by the BACB.
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to provide high-quality services.
• Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and train Behavior Therapists, providing ongoing support.

Skills

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to manage client caseloads

Experience with functional behavior assessments

Education

Master's Degree from an accredited college or university

Completion of four ABA postgraduate courses
