Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BACB-verified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans and supervise adherence.
• Oversee treatment implementation and supervise hours.
• Coach and train behavioral technicians and caregivers.
• Collaborate with caregivers, payers, and schools.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments monthly.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
