Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for a caseload of patients with autism. You will assess skills and challenging behaviors, develop treatment plans, supervise and coach behavioral technicians, and collaborate with caregivers across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.

This role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, ASD experience, and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence each month.
• Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment protocols.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Observe and adjust treatment based on data and progress.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communicate outcomes.
