Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for multiple patients across settings, including center, home, school, community, or telehealth. You will lead supervision, coach behavior technicians, and ensure adherence to treatment plans and HIPAA compliance.

You will coordinate with caregivers and payers, maintain records, and stay current with ABA best practices while managing a minimum caseload and monthly hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• BCBA certification required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment for each patient.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly 100% adherence.
