The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for patients across center, home, school, and telehealth settings. You will assess skills, develop plans, supervise technicians, and ensure data-driven progress while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Psychology/ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience. Travel among sites and strong collaboration with caregivers are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary; TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence.
• Coach and supervise behavioral technicians.
• Communicate treatment progress to caregivers and payers.
• Coordinate care with other professionals within and outside the organization.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
