The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology or related field, BCBA/BCaBA eligibility, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or in progress).
• BCBA or BCaBA certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD in ABA settings preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver comprehensive behavioral interventions.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need for individuals with ASD.
• Analyze data and develop recommendations for program growth and improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality care and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry research and developments in ABA and ASD.
