Qualifications

• Master's in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA eligibility or certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement behavior plans to achieve client goals.
• Train and supervise behavior analysts and technicians.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
