We design, install, and support sophisticated home technology systems, including automation, audio/video, lighting control, motorized shades, security, surveillance, and managed networks.

The Senior A/V Technician diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and enhances client systems in homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in residential A/V, automation, or related systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to service equipment racks, displays, projectors, speakers, and more.
• Excellent communication with clients and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues across A/V, automation, networking, and shading systems.
• Perform scheduled service calls and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot system performance using on-site and remote tools.
• Document service findings and recommended follow-ups.
• Ensure systems are fully operational and clients are comfortable before leaving.
• Coordinate with internal teams for complex issues.
