Vista is seeking a highly skilled Lead A&P Technician to support our FAA Part 145 Repair Station. The role demands leadership, deep maintenance expertise on Citation XL, Challenger 300/350, and Bombardier Global series aircraft, and mentoring of technicians in a structured repair environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of business/jet maintenance experience on advanced platforms.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in aviation.
• Strong FAA regulation knowledge and repair station operations.
• Ability to interpret schematics and complex manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead scheduled and unscheduled inspections, repairs, and modifications on Citation 560/X, Challenger 300/350, and Bombardier Global series.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regs, repair station manuals, and customer requirements.
• Mentor and direct technicians to perform safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate workflow and report progress to management.
• Review work orders and log entries for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain tools and calibration per station requirements.
• Support internal audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Provide status updates and technical findings to stakeholders.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
