Job summary

Vista Aircraft Maintenance seeks a Lead A&P Technician to lead and perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on Citation 560/X, Challenger 300/350, and Bombardier Global jets within a Part 145 Repair Station.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to FAA regulations, and hands-on expertise in major business jet systems, with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Experience leading teams and mentoring technicians is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of business jet maintenance on Citation 560/X, Challenger 300/350, and Bombardier Global.
• At least 3+ years in aviation leadership.
• Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems: CAMP, Corridor, Traxxall.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on designated jets within a Part 145 Repair Station.
• Ensure work complies with FAA regs, manuals, and customer requirements.
• Direct, mentor, and assist technicians to maintain safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot avionics, hydraulics, structures, and engines; provide technical solutions.
• Review and approve work orders, logs, and regulatory documentation.
