Impact Recruitment is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician/ Lead for corporate jet aircraft in Southern California. The role involves supervising a crew, ensuring FAA compliance, and coordinating maintenance against customer schedules across models like Falcon, Gulfstream, Global/Challenger, Hawker, and Citation.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years’ recent maintenance experience on corporate aircraft.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a crew of 5–12 technicians performing aircraft maintenance.
• Assess performance, salary and promotions according to company policy.
• Ensure maintenance meets FAA regs and repair station procedures.
• Assign work based on customer needs and technician expertise.
• Provide technical guidance on service bulletins and airworthiness directives.
• Coordinate work scope pre-planning with GM, including parts and schedules.
• Review time cards and ensure accurate labor reporting.
• Ensure final walk‑around confirms airworthiness and cleanliness.
