Job summary

Gexpro Services is seeking a Senior Executive to lead the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) segment, overseeing global business development and strategic acquisitions. The role requires driving sales, EBITDA and working capital targets across NA sites and integration of acquired units.

You will mentor Global Account Managers, guide program teams, and push growth through DS&SYnergies, VMI expansion, and E-Commerce adoption. Willingness to travel 25%+ is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 10 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) Segment, Global business for Gexpro Services and strategic acquisitions.
• Meet or exceed operating plans for Sales, EBITDA, and Trade Working Capital for all A&D North America businesses.
• Coordinate Key Account activities for Global A&D Sites and Acquisition businesses.
• Lead Gexpro Services Strategic Initiatives for the Global A&D businesses to include DSG Synergies, Acquisition Synergies, Expanding VMI, Kitting Services and E-Commerce adoption.
• Directly lead, manage, motivate and train the Global Account Managers in the A&D Vertical in North America. Provide leadership, motivation, direction to Program Managers in the A&D Vertical in North America to serve customers
• Drive new business growth in the A&D markets to gain market share and diversify.
• Stay knowledgeable and current about the A&D markets served, customers, vendors, and competitors. Support the continued integration of acquisition business units into Gexpro Services
• Support acquisition strategy for A&D within Gexpro Services.
• Ability to effectively manage a P&L operation.
• Experience leading, developing and implementing organic and inorganic growth strategies.
• Demonstrated product & industry knowledge of supply chain services segment.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial/contract management, managing project finances and supplier negotiations
• Strong communication skills & ability to share information.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven record in decision making and motivating others to deliver
• Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
• Understanding of key Aerospace Quality and Compliance Requirements
