Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Four years of related experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of shift supervisors with line supervision of up to 70 staff.
  • Set performance expectations and manage quality service delivery.
  • Promote a diverse, culturally competent, and respectful workplace.
  • Serve as designated representative for step one grievances.
  • Communicate policy and procedure changes to staff.
  • Manage labor contract issues regarding schedules and leaves of absence.
  • Oversee investigations and staff personnel issues.
  • Provide responses to 911 callers and public safety personnel.
  • Ensure accountability and discipline; provide staff development.
  • Coordinate with command-level operations staff and allocate staffing resources.
  • Develop and administer operational policies and procedures.
