• Ability to obtain Minnesota CJIS Certification, Telecommunicator CPR and Crisis Intervention Training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Answer and classify emergency and non-emergency requests using 911 CAD systems.
• Provide real-time updates to responding personnel and notify supervisors when needed.
• Assist in training new MECC Call Takers and participate in ongoing evaluations.
