Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred two years combined experience as 911 call taker and police dispatcher.
• Experience in training and leading a diverse organization in public safety services.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and evaluates staff on a shift.
• Assists staff in proper dispatch of police calls for service.
• Monitors 911 calls seeking Police assistance or information.
• Monitors emergency information sent via computer system to staff.
• Monitors the police burglar alarm system.
• Receives and resolves complaints concerning policies and procedures.
• Informs staff of new rules and regulations for emergency calls.
• Assists staff in handling emergency calls and evaluating urgency.
• Performs related duties as required.

Two years 911 call taker experience

Police Dispatcher experience

Training and leading a diverse team
