Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the 9-1-1 dispatch center on an assigned shift.
• Schedule, assign, and review work; conduct timely performance evaluations.
• Coordinate emergency incidents and ensure notifications per protocol.
