Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Mastercam experience, Mastercam 2026 preferred.
• Direct setup and programming fluency on Haas and Fanuc controls.
• Ability to create macro programs, optimize feeds/speeds, and design robust manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Mastercam CAM programming for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis parts.
• Establish machining methodologies, dry runs, and lead part prove-outs.
• Model workholding and fixtures in CAD; select tools, speeds, and feeds.
• Interpret complex drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Analyze cycles and toolpaths to maximize spindle utilization and throughput.
• Mentor setup machinists and technicians on Haas/Fanuc equipment.
