Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale, integrated supply chain operation. You will oversee end-to-end logistics activities, leverage data, systems, and operational insights to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

As a trusted partner to customers and internal stakeholders, you will drive performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement across complex logistics processes and multiple modes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
• Experience with import/export operations preferred.
• Strong systems knowledge and comfort with transportation management platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to drive improvements and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting/analytics tools.
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs per SOPs, IOPs, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as trusted advisor.
• Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations across modes.
• Analyze service performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Lead operational reviews and KPI reporting for customers and leadership.
• Coordinate new projects, system enhancements, and initiatives.
• Manage operational exceptions and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with Control Tower, Program Management, and Global Service Center teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and performance management.
