Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks an experienced StarOS Mobility 4G/PGW Customer Experience Engineer with 10+ years in mobile packet core technologies. You will support Cisco StarOS platforms, 4G EPC/PGW deployments, and work closely with telecom customers on upgrades, deployments, migrations and production changes.

The role requires strong customer interaction, communication skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions with Tier-1 operators.

Qualifications

• About 10+ years in telecom/mobile packet core technologies.
• 5+ years hands-on with Cisco StarOS mobility platforms.
• Experience with 4G EPC/PGW deployments.
• Experience supporting large Tier-1 or Tier-2 providers.
• Production software upgrades and live subscriber troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and own technical delivery during upgrades, expansions, deployments, migrations, feature introductions, troubleshooting, and production changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, TAC, deployment, and account teams to ensure successful delivery and operation of mobile packet core networks.
• Explain complex technical issues clearly to engineering and management audiences.
