The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across IMS core, PSTN integration, and multiple vendor platforms (Nortel, Ericsson, Nokia).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and decommission network hardware across mobility core systems.
• Perform end-to-end call flow analysis between IMS core and PSTN endpoints.
• Conduct real-time log analysis to support outage troubleshooting and root cause identification.
• Manage capacity planning and network performance monitoring.
• Collect data and perform protocol analysis using tools like Access7, IRIS, Radcom, TCPDUMP, and Wireshark.
• Replace faulty hardware components and assist in outage resolution.
• Support vendor audits and data collection requirements.
