Marsh's Mercer Wise team is seeking a Sr. Operations Analyst based in Denver, Boston, or Philadelphia. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and focuses on daily, monthly, and ad hoc processes supporting the team.

You will collaborate with Client Service, Legal, Compliance, IT, and management on testing, filings, and 5500 audits, handling client inquiries and plan activity while maintaining Mercer standards.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in 401(k) administration and a Bachelor degree in business, accounting or finance OR
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in 401(k) administration
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily client inquires including ensuring payrolls are processed and funded timely
• Provide operational support and efficiencies to client implementations and client service as needed, including adhering to procedures
• Review opportunities to improve and make more efficient as possible
• Research and resolve inquires and issues within the designated Mercer standards
• Assist clients reviewing communications and legal notices
• Work with the clients in the administration of the plans annual testing and reporting, including the form 5500
• Some MS Office products will be used on a regular basis, including Excel, Word and Power Point
