Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Analyst on the Workforce and Rewards team in the Marsh People and Investments group. The role is based in Houston, TX and operates on a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days in the office weekly.

You will support client engagements across industries, conducting research, modeling, and problem solving with senior staff. The role offers exposure to talent strategy, rewards, and analytics within a global advisory context.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation Spring 2027.
• Strong academic performance and ability to balance extra-curriculars.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues.
• Collect and examine data relevant to developing client solutions.
• Analyze clients' information to provide insights for senior project team members.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop client recommendations.
• Prepare client presentations for boards of directors, executives and HR leaders.
