Job summary

ADP Retirement Services is seeking a seasoned 401(k) Client Service Manager IV to lead a portfolio of retirement plan clients. You will provide consultative support, resolve complex issues, and foster long‑term retention through proactive service and strong partnerships.

In this role, you will guide client relationships, support plan administration, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, timely communication, and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retirement services, client relationship management, account management, or related financial services.
• Experience supporting 401(k), retirement, or employee benefits plans.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for retirement plan clients; provide consultative support and promote client satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships, partner with clients to understand needs, and drive retention through excellent service.
• Support retirement plan administration, compliance testing, and year-end activities as needed.
• Resolve complex inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and act as subject-matter expert for plan products and processes.
• Lead and mentor less experienced associates and support departmental initiatives.
