Job summary

ADP in the United States is seeking a Client Service Specialist to establish and maintain strong relationships with retirement plan clients. You will be the primary client contact for day-to-day administration, troubleshoot issues, and communicate legislative impacts to ensure high service levels and client retention.

You will discuss plan design with sponsors, assist with plan changes, and coordinate education sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment or call center is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for retirement plans and provide prompt customer service.
• Explain plan features, testing results, and compliance requirements.
• Assist clients with plan changes and ensure project plans are followed.
• Coordinate participant education sessions and training.
• Monitor and communicate plan performance and client satisfaction.
