Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Senior Production Team Leader for the 3rd shift. You will supervise all shift operations, ensure safe, efficient production, and strict adherence to cGMPs and SOPs, with hands-on leadership and quick problem solving.

You will oversee LOTOTO procedures, document accuracy, and readiness to step in as an operator when needed, balancing supervision with practical execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, safety protocols.
• Ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all personnel and operations on the shift.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
• Reports any process and equipment problems, as well as tracks and works to eliminate all sources of downtime.
• Organizes work for smooth operations.
• Supervises and manages the LOTOTO process as needed throughout the shift.
• Create labels for operations throughout the shift as needed.
