Job summary

Puratos USA in Pennsauken, NJ seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the production floor with a focus on safety, quality, and KPI attainment. The role requires directing staff, enforcing GMPs, and driving continuous improvement on the third shift.

You will partner with quality, R&D, warehouse and maintenance to optimize workflows, manage inventory, and develop staff through coaching and training while ensuring audit readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relative work experience in production or manufacturing.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Knowledge of lean six sigma.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and Food Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Directs production staff and processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Monitors KPIs, keeps audit-ready environment, and ensures SOP adherence.
• Coaches staff, develops training plans, and maintains training records.
• Coordinates with quality, R&D, warehouse, maintenance and production teams.
• Manages inventory, FIFO, and ERP-driven material flow; supports cost control.
