Job summary

Sun Pharmaceuticals in New Jersey is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for the 3rd shift to guide Operators in a fast-paced, cGMP environment. You will lead by example, mentor team members, and ensure production activities run safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

You will operate and troubleshoot critical equipment, review production records, and perform line clearances. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing department.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of manufacturing or production experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate primary manufacturing equipment including Glatt Fluid Bed Processors and granulation systems.
• Perform setup, changeovers, cleaning and adjustments; conduct line clearances.
• Review Batch Production Records for accuracy and completeness; complete SAP postings after batch completion.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues to meet specifications and maximize efficiency.
• Train and coach Manufacturing Operators; act as technical resource and SME for processes and equipment.
