Job summary

Stord is hiring an Implementation Specialist II to drive the launch and rollout of 3PL warehousing projects across the US and Canada. You will lead facility design, labor planning, and WMS configuration, coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure successful launches and ongoing success.

You will manage complex programs, communicate clearly across stakeholders, and continuously improve our implementation approach with a focus on risk mitigation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or WMS implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional planning.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience managing various teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Risk and opportunity mitigation and management experience.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of facility design, layouts, labor planning, pick & pack workflows, and WMS configuration.
• Manage the entire implementation process, aligning with project goals and timelines.
• Engage with internal teams and STORD customers for successful launches and ongoing satisfaction.
• Serve as a key partner to ensure ongoing needs are met according to standards.
• Build clear Supplier & Customer playbooks for handoff between 3PL and STORD Operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities throughout implementation.
• Continuously improve implementation methodologies based on feedback and best practices.
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders for post-implementation operations.
