Job summary

STORD, The Consumer Experience Company, is hiring an Implementation Specialist II in Las Vegas to lead 3PL warehousing launches across the US and Canada. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful go-lives and continuous improvement.

You will oversee facility design, labor planning, WMS configuration, and end-to-end implementations while driving cross-functional collaboration for on-time, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or WMS implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility design, labor planning, pick & pack workflows, and WMS configuration and automation.
• Manage the entire implementation process, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Engage with internal teams and STORD customers for successful launches and ongoing satisfaction.
• Build clear playbooks to ensure handoff between 3PL and STORD Operations Team.
• Identify and mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities throughout the implementation.
• Provide training and post-implementation support to stakeholders.
