Job summary

Stord is hiring an Implementation Specialist II to drive the launch and rollout of 3PL warehousing projects across the US and Canada. You will lead facility design, labor planning, and WMS configuration, coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure successful launches and ongoing success.

You will manage complex programs, communicate clearly across stakeholders, and continuously improve our implementation approach with a focus on risk mitigation and operational excellence.

• Serve as a key partner to ensure ongoing needs are met according to standards.
• Build clear Supplier & Customer playbooks for handoff between 3PL and STORD Operations.
