Job summary

Stord is hiring an Implementation Engineer I to lead the launch plans for brands across its network. You will serve as a lead in implementations and launches of new technical and fulfillment projects across the US and Canada.

The role requires overseeing 3PL warehousing functions, managing expectations, and delivering end-to-end WoG processes with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent planning and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems integrations and user acceptance testing end-to-end for upcoming brands.
• Deploy technical and functional processes within the fulfillment center operations from design to go-live and hypercare.
• Implement OMS and WMS end-to-end within the organization.
• Engage with internal teams and customers to ensure successful launches.
