Orion Solutions Group, in partnership with a fast-growing third-party logistics provider, seeks a Senior Solutions Advisor to shape transportation solutions for major Food & Beverage and Manufacturing clients.

You will build and own a $1M+ pipeline, drive multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events), and lead consultative engagements to diagnose supply chain challenges while coordinating complex sales pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and self-generate a robust pipeline of qualified new-logo opportunities
• Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting: phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events
• Lead consultative sales engagements diagnosing supply chain challenges
• Build value-driven transportation solutions and coordinate complex sales pursuits
• Maintain exceptional CRM discipline and share best practices across the sales team
