Job summary

Orion Solutions Group, in partnership with a fast-growing third-party logistics provider, seeks a Senior Solutions Advisor to shape transportation solutions for major Food & Beverage and Manufacturing clients.

You will build and own a $1M+ pipeline, drive multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events), and lead consultative engagements to diagnose supply chain challenges while coordinating complex sales pursuits.

Qualifications:

• Proven success sourcing and closing new-logo business in transportation/3PL
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and data-driven tools for sales effectiveness
• Background in non-brand-driven sales environments
• Prior mentorship of junior sales reps
