Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. seeks a 3D Creative Manager to lead the 3D Visualization team in creating photorealistic images for products and environments. You will ensure adherence to branding, manage production workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Requires extensive 3D design experience, 3DS Max and VRAY proficiency, and advanced Photoshop skills to achieve high-quality output. Office-based role with potential for long hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in 3D Modeling or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in 3D and/or graphic design.
• 5+ years 3DS Max experience required.
• 5+ years VRAY experience; Corona experience a plus.
• Advanced skill level using Photoshop CC or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the creative team to produce photorealistic 3D images following branding guidelines.
• Interpret creative direction to create high-quality standalone products and environments.
• Oversee CGI completion and retouching through final finishing stages.
• Plan and organize project schedules with managers; communicate directions to teams.
• Evaluate processes and suggest workflow/quality improvements.
