Job summary

PGAL is seeking a highly motivated 3D Artist to create photorealistic architectural imagery and cinematic content. You will leverage 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, After Effects, and AI-driven tools to deliver compelling visuals for diverse public and private sector clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration, concept development, and staying ahead with emerging visualization technologies. A strong portfolio and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Experience with ComfyUI or comparable node-based AI platforms.
• Ability to combine traditional 3D rendering with AI-generated content and post-production.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Enscape, Lumion, or similar real-time visualization software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, color theory, and cinematic image-making.
• Advanced Photoshop compositing, masking, color grading, and sky replacement.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D imagery for architecture and design projects.
• Interpret and model from architectural drawings, plans, and concepts.
• Manage timelines and prioritize deliverables across multiple projects.
• Collaborate on compositions, staging, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
• Experiment with new tools and workflows to improve productivity and quality.
• Develop AI-assisted image and video content using ComfyUI and generative tools.
• Integrate AI content into visualization pipelines while preserving design intent.
• Maintain attention to detail and continuously improve quality of models, materials, and animation.
• Contribute to presentations, marketing imagery, animations, and design communication.
