Job summary

PGAL seeks a highly motivated 3D artist to create photorealistic architectural imagery and cinematic content. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, After Effects, and AI workflows is essential.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, shaping visual storytelling and design communication. The role values expertise in AI-assisted content, Unreal Engine, Lumion, and Enscape, with opportunities to explore emerging visualization technologies and drone

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Experience with ComfyUI or comparable node-based generative AI platforms.
• Ability to combine traditional rendering, AI content, and post-production.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Enscape, Lumion, or similar real-time software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, color theory, composition, and cinematic image-making.
• Advanced Photoshop compositing, masking, color grading and sky replacement.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and preserve design accuracy.
• Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D imagery for architecture and design projects.
• Interpret and model from architectural drawings and concepts.
• Manage timelines and prioritize multiple deliverables.
• Collaborate to develop compelling compositions, staging, and visual storytelling.
• Experiment with new tools and workflows to improve quality and productivity.
• Develop AI-assisted image and video content using ComfyUI and generative tools.
• Integrate AI content into visualization pipelines while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain attention to detail and improve model, material, image, and animation quality.
• Contribute creatively to presentations and marketing imagery.
