Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking a 3D Visualization Specialist to create photorealistic renderings and animations of products and building systems.

This contractor will join the Brand Studio and work remotely full-time, translating CAD data into visuals that meet brand standards and project goals. You will collaborate with the Lead Brand Creative, manage PBR materials, and contribute to AR/VR initiatives, interactive 3D apps, and marketing outputs while maintaining deadlines

Qualifications

• Expert-level ability to produce photorealistic renderings and animations from CAD data.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and virtual camera work for high-end visuals.
• Experience creating and managing PBR materials and texture libraries.
• Advanced 3D modeling skills across architectural and product categories.
• Ability to translate technical CAD files into optimized visualization assets.
• Familiarity with animation workflows, including rigging and sequencing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for post-production and motion design.
• Understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency across outputs.
• Excellent communication in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Convert CAD models into optimized, hyper-realistic assets for static imagery, motion graphics, and animations.
• Create and manage PBR materials and texture libraries.
• Support AR/VR initiatives and interactive 3D applications.
• Ensure visuals align with brand standards and project goals.
