Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking a 3D Visualization Specialist to produce photorealistic renderings and animations of building systems.

The contractor will convert CAD data into optimized visualization assets for static imagery, motion graphics, and interactive outputs. Working full-time remotely, you will collaborate with the Lead Brand Creative to maintain brand standards while exploring AR/VR experiences and future-looking visualization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in photorealistic 3D rendering and animation tools.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, and virtual camera work for high-end visual storytelling.
• Experience creating and managing PBR materials and texture libraries.
• Advanced 3D modeling skills across architectural and product categories.
• Ability to convert CAD files into optimized visualization assets for multiple outputs.
• Familiarity with animation workflows, including rigging, timing, and sequencing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) for post-production and motion design.
• Understanding of branding principles and maintaining consistency across deliverables.
• Experience optimizing files for various channels including web, digital platforms, and video.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic renderings and animations of products, components and building systems.
• Transform CAD models into clean, optimized visualization assets for multiple outputs.
• Develop AR/VR experiences and interactive 3D applications for brand storytelling.
