Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced experiential designer to lead development of immersive spatial concepts for large-scale events and brand experiences in the United States.

You will translate briefs into fabrication-ready designs, create 3D models and visualizations, and collaborate with production teams and vendors to ensure feasibility, cost control, and high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years in experiential marketing, set or spatial design.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Rhino, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with V-Ray, Lumion, or Twinmotion renderers.
• Strong portfolio of immersive environments and activations.
• Knowledge of materials, lighting, fabrication, and production needs.
• Ability to balance visual impact with feasibility and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop spatial concepts and proposals for RFPs with creative teams.
• Translate briefs into fabrication-ready floor plans, elevations, and docs.
• Create 3D models and high-quality visualizations for communication.
• Design attendee experiences, journeys, and activation touchpoints.
• Prepare fabrication documentation and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage budgets, value engineering, and project timelines.
• Oversee site installs and post-event evaluations.
