Job summary

Latent is building the intelligence infrastructure for healthcare, seeking a Product Manager to own 340B market strategy and customer engagements. You will enable the sales team with deep regulatory knowledge and develop partnerships with TPAs, wholesalers, and ecosystem players.

You’ll translate customer conversations and HRSA/policy shifts into actionable product and commercial insights while traveling 30-40% for customer meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in 340B program management or related healthcare roles.
• Deep operational command of 340B programs and regulatory landscape.
• Experience presenting to health system executives and negotiating partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead 340B opportunities with directors, leaders, and finance stakeholders.
• Develop 340B enablement materials for Sales and Partnerships teams.
• Identify and launch partnerships with TPAs, wholesalers, and ecosystem players.
• Build relationships with 340B leaders and advise product roadmap.
• Track regulatory changes and translate into business impact.
• Represent Latent at conferences and industry groups.
