Job summary

Latent, a leading enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform, seeks a 340B subject matter expert in San Francisco to accelerate deals and advise the sales team. You will own 340B partnerships, translate evolving regulations into actionable product insights, and represent Latent with health systems, TPAs, and industry groups.

You will work with the SVP 340B to drive strategy, build enablement tools, and travel 30–40% for customer engagements and events, shaping the roadmap with market feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in 340B or pharmacy vendor roles, or 340B healthcare consulting.
• Deep knowledge of 340B operations and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly on 340B opportunities with health-system stakeholders.
• Build and roll out 340B enablement materials for Sales and Partnerships.
• Identify, negotiate, and launch partnerships with TPAs, wholesalers, and ecosystem players.
• Develop relationships with 340B leaders at partner health systems.
• Track regulatory changes (HRSA, manufacturer restrictions, state laws) and translate to product/market impact.
• Provide market feedback to Product to shape roadmap and positioning.
• Measure impact on deal velocity, win rate, and expansion.
• Represent Latent as a 340B expert at industry events and publications.
