Responsibilities
  • Lead and support end-to-end Deployment of 340B split-billing software (e.g., third-party administrator platforms) for new and existing covered entities, including build, configuration, and testing.
  • Serve as lead analyst on the most complex or highest-visibility Deployments, and provide guidance to other analysts on best practices, troubleshooting approaches, and configuration standards.
  • Configure and validate 340B eligibility logic, including qualifying patient definitions, location and provider mapping, and prescriber/visit data feeds.
  • Coordinate onboarding of contract pharmacy arrangements, including data feed setup, claims matching logic, and replenishment configuration.
  • Analyze pharmacy, medical claims, and eligibility data to identify discrepancies, data gaps, or configuration errors, and work with data/IT teams to resolve them.
  • Support 340B program compliance activities, including self-audits, HRSA audit preparation, and manufacturer audit response, by compiling and organizing requested documentation.
  • Document Deployment workflows, configuration decisions, and standard operating procedures for internal knowledge management.

  • Collaborate with pharmacy operations, compliance, contracting, and account management teams to support a smooth client experience.
  • Escalate issues touching clinical decision-making, dispensing logic, or patient safety to appropriate clinical or compliance staff rather than resolving independently and ensure compliance with VytlOne Business Code of Conduct, as well as other company policies and procedure. Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
  • Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in 340B program administration, pharmacy operations, healthcare data analysis, or a related pharmacy/revenue cycle field. Demonstrated experience independently leading end-to-end TPA/split-billing Deployments, including at least one full program build from contracting through go-live, is required.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security requirements and safe handling of protected health information (PHI).

  • General understanding of covered entity types (e.g., hospitals, FQHCs, Ryan White grantees) and their program-specific nuances is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret claims and eligibility data and identify root causes of discrepancies.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and other Microsoft 365 tools; comfort learning specialized 340B software platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple Deployment projects and deadlines concurrently.

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fully remote environment, while knowing when to escalated clinical, legal, or compliance questions to the appropriate team.

  • Collaborative, service-oriented approach to working with internal teams and external covered entity clients.

  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to independently lead the most complex or highest-risk Deployments (e.g., multi-site health systems, novel TPA configurations) with minimal oversight.
