Job summary

VytlOne seeks a Regulatory Affairs Manager, 340B Programs, to provide regulatory research, interpretation, and advisory support across pricing and healthcare compliance. This is a remote, home-based role requiring HIPAA-compliant setup and independent work across multiple teams and client engagements.

The role negotiates HRSA guidance, 340B program requirements, and contract pharmacy considerations, while contributing to audit readiness and policy documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health policy, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field required.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MHA) or relevant professional certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in 340B program compliance or related regulatory field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and research federal and state regulations, HRSA guidance, policy releases, and manufacturer restrictions.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical guidance for internal teams and clients.
• Support HRSA and manufacturer audits and internal self-audits.
• Develop and maintain internal policy documents and job aids reflecting current 340B requirements.
• Deliver regulatory guidance and training to staff and clients on eligibility rules and program integrity.
