Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Senior Director of Data Analytics & BI to shape a modern analytics ecosystem impacting patient access and outcomes. You will lead strategies across enterprise data platforms, drive governance, and empower business teams with self-service analytics.

This role requires deep domain experience in pharmacy/healthcare data, strong leadership, and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions. A flexible, growth-oriented culture supports innovation and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative or computational discipline such as Engineering, biostatistics, or informatics & analytics
• 7+ years’ experience in data and insights solution development
• 7+ years’ experience in enterprise technical architecture roles with emphasis on data management, insights, and IT engineering & delivery models (DevOps preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare or Life Sciences sectors
• Expert knowledge of pharmacy services and products and PBM/EMR; strong leadership and ability to translate insights into business value

Qualifications

Education:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Expert knowledge of pharmacy services and products for the following: health systems, retail, specialty, inpatient/outpatient, mail order, 340B, and infusion pharmacy; understanding and experience with pharmacy benefit management and EMRExpert knowledge in information and technology systems, able to evaluate buy, build, or rent options of current solutions in close collaboration with information technology teams.
