Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a 340B Coordinator to oversee internal and external pharmacy operations audits, 340B compliance, and related financial analytics. The role supports revenue enhancement and performance metrics within the PMS Corporate Office.

With limited supervision, you will compile audit findings, coordinate with clients and staff, and ensure policy alignment across the 340B program. A strong attention to detail and travel capability are essential.

  • Healthcare setting experience preferred.

340B Coordinator- Full Time - Central Office PMS Corporate

Job Summary

With limited supervision, the 340B Coordinator conducts internal and external pharmacy operations audit activities and analyses, including activities pursuant to revenue enhancement, business development, key performance indicators, and 340B compliance. Compiles audit findings and recommendations for modifications and improvements to systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position):

Conduct external 340B audit activities, including client correspondence, development of timelines, successful completion of key deliverables, and final audit reports. Develop and conduct internal 340B audits for VytlOne pharmacies, performing initial and follow-up communication with pharmacy employees, VytlOne clients, and internal resources, as appropriate. Routinely monitor data and related reports from each participating area or entity to ensure consistent processes are followed and to continually improve related policies and procedures for 340B throughout the institution. Ensure that all 340B audit findings are promptly corrected and contributing factors are rectified for future activity in accordance with company standards. Keeps abreast of 340B policy and industry standards, current developments, and changes in laws as applicable. Regularly communicate with all staff involved with 340B to be sure processes remain efficient and to address any problems or suggestions for improvement, establishing a clear way for them to communicate to the coordinator any concerns or problems at any time. Serve as the secondary point of contact and coordinator for all external third party payer audits, gathering information as appropriate from systems and pharmacies to ensure prompt and sufficient responses, thus mitigating potential audit recoupments. Work with Pharmacy operations team members to assess and rectify systems weaknesses and/or training opportunities to minimize third party audit findings. Compile and analyze key financial metrics for external client reports and internal monitoring. Each quarter, perform a thorough review of the 340B pricing list, searching for costly changes to be detected quickly and addressed. Conduct financial analyses on an ad hoc basis, as requested by management. Maintains regular attendance in accordance with company policies. Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program. Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists. Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes. Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position. Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Experience directly related to the role may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree,

Experience: Any combination of the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:1. Strong analytical skills and attentiveness to detail.2. Excellent customer service orientation skills necessary in order to deal effectively with various levels of hospital personnel, outside customers, and other professionals.3. Knowledge of 340B program and pricing requirements4. Ability to operate independently, highly organized and flexible.5. Solid verbal and written communication skills.6. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.7. Knowledge of VytlOne’s auditing policies, standards, and procedures.8. Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvement.9. Ability to travel.
