DENSO Career Connection in Hopkinsville, KY seeks an experienced Maintenance Team Leader for the 2nd shift. You will lead maintenance associates, provide technical troubleshooting, and drive reliability improvements across the plant.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating repairs, safety compliance, and training; strong PLC, robotics, pneumatics/hydraulics knowledge is preferred. This hands-on leadership role requires initiative and teamwork.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of leading teams in manufacturing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise maintenance associates on shift.
• Provide technical maintenance support for assigned area.
• Develop and coach team members (training plans, performance reviews).
• Plan and execute work to meet department goals; coordinate with Maintenance Planner.
