Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Efficient machine operation, preventive maintenance, understanding production ratios, and adherence to 3S/5S daily.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, perform basic math, and read charts and logs.
• Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO14000 safety and quality standards.
• Must complete Machine Technician Assessment successfully.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment per TPM standards, schedule TPM activities, identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
• Communicate with support areas, lead associates during TPM activities, and train on robots and machines.
• Repair minor items, safely operate and maintain mass production equipment, and stabilize machine parameters.
